Don't Sleep on Yoga

So I just continued my forth day of P90x, and I have to say that I'm not to thrilled with how I feel. Granted I'm glad I made it through, but DAMN! I didn't know Yoga was this intense. I mean the worse thing I did was the crane. I couldn't even get off the floor and when I finally did I went head first into the floor. So much for body strength and balance. I'm not going to beat myself up too much because I know this was my first time every doing anything yoga and I think I did ok for a first-timer. One other pose gave me difficulty, something about a plough and my feet going over my head...but the result of that seems to be a throbbing spine. All in the name of getting into shape. Next stop Day 5.
